When I made the previous post, even I couldn’t imaging this extreme length of time passing before another post.
In brief, I now have a real job. I began working at Allstate as a temp, and was hired on last October. I’ll provide more details in another post.
As you may have noticed, I haven’t exactly been writing all that often lately. There is a good reason behind that. I started working about 4 weeks ago and the hours are rather brutal (7am - 7pm M-F & 7am - 3pm Sa). I’m not sure how much longer this job will last, as it is not permanent, but I don’t see much activity around here until then.
This is just a quick note to announce I’ve completed the upgrade to WordPress 2.0.
As I stated earlier, I’ll post a review in the next couple of days.
After a couple of weeks testing the features of WordPress 2.0, I’ve decided to finally roll it out live to my sites tomorrow.
You shouldn’t notice any differences on your end once the site is fully transfered over. However, there may be a few minutes that the site is unavailable tomorrow.
Once the upgrade is complete, and I’m confortable with the setup, I’ll post a review of WordPress.
